We at Rukmini Devi Public School (RDPS), Sonepat, firmly believe that the foundation of every nation is the education of its youth. It is education which leads to knowledge, and which in turn leads to wisdom and ultimately builds great nations. As William Butler Yeats famously said, “Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire”. It is only when students are inspired to learn that education happens. It is this inspiration that we seek to provide the real knowledge that motivates young minds to work towards making society a better place to live in.In line with our vision of ‘Excellence in Education’, it is our Endeavour to help our young pupils to build strong intellectual, physical, aesthetic, social and emotional foundations and transform themselves into professional leaders and lifelong learners and working towards the same, the school contently updates and upgrades itself according to the needs and development of the society.
As we strive to help our students grow into upright, contributing members of the society despite the challenges before us, we also make continual efforts to inculcate 12-Cs – confidence, creativity, clarity, calmness, competence, courageousness, culture, cosmopolitanism, communication, constructivism, commandership & curiosity – in our pupils. Our school not only strives to make our student’s world’s best engineers, doctors, scientists, accountants, physicians, architect, lawyers and other etc but also aim at shaping them into world class citizens and one of the finest leaders the world ever had. I sincerely hope that we will see more co-operation and active participation from the parents in the development and all-round growth of their wards. I am sure that together, and with our perseverance and resilience, we will be able to make a positive difference to the lives of our children.
